When a mad scientist starts abducting wrestlers to harvest their spinal fluid and create a race of mutant Gill Men, two detectives call in the only hero bold enough to dive into the mystery—Batwoman. But after she thwarts his twisted plans, the scarred villain plots revenge… by turning Batwoman into his ultimate creation: Gill Woman!
