The CreArte Expo and Academic Conference takes place September 19-21, 2025, in Brownsville, Texas.  The expo is a weekend-long celebration of Latino culture offers the community the opportunity to immerse themselves in art, comics, film, culture and much more. Our festival uniquely emphasizes education.
